This site is developed for the EduOpps project, a nonprofit which aims to directly connect faculty and students in an effort to make content creation and education content itself more affordable and better quality.

Terms of Service:

This site will not tolerate abuse of any kind toward individuals supplying or purchasing content and this site is not meant to provide an LMS environment.

All material purchased here must be downloaded for use by the purchaser or linked to from other sites where the content is hosted.  The site owners will not arbitrate disputes between content suppliers and their clients.  The site only supports independent content developers, not publisher supplied materials. Anyone representing academic publishers or attempting to advertise their content here will find their content removed and their account canceled.

Content creators are responsible for providing their own terms of access and use and setting the prices and parameters for the content they are offering.

Those posting content are responsible for ensuring that they own the rights to all content they are making available for purchase. The site owners are not responsible for checking individual’s content to ensure they are not guilty of copyright infringement.  If someone make a claim of copyright infringement, the site owners will suspend the content until a formal determination of the legitimacy of any claims can be ascertained.

These terms of service can be modified and added to at any time with due notice.
